This guide will show you how to reactivate your AI persona if it has been turned off, whether manually or automatically, and how to manage its status for specific contacts.

Navigate to the Contacts Tab: You can find the contact by searching in the Contacts tab.
Use the Conversations Tab: Alternatively, go to the Conversations tab, locate the conversation where the AI persona has had issues, and click on the contact's initials to open their details.
Open Contact Details: Once you have found the relevant contact, scroll down to the SalesRook 1 section on the left-hand side.
Find AI Persona Status: Look for the AI Persona Status field.
Use the Dropdown Menu: The AI persona status will be displayed in a dropdown menu. If it is turned off, simply select the option to turn it On again.
Respond in AI Persona: If the AI persona was turned off due to a timeout or another issue, manually respond in the conversation and select AI Persona to resume control.
AI Persona Takes Over: Once reactivated, the AI persona will resume handling the conversation from that point onward.
