How to Connect Your Social Media to SalesRook

This guide will show you how to connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts to SalesRook, enabling you to manage inquiries from both platforms in one place and respond quickly using your AI persona.

Step 1: Access Settings

  1. Log into SalesRook: After logging in, you'll land on the main dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Settings: Click on Settings in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Step 2: Connect Facebook and Instagram

  1. Go to Integrations: In the Settings menu, select Integrations from the left-hand sidebar.

  2. Click on Facebook and Instagram Icons: You will see icons for Facebook and Instagram. Click on either icon to begin the connection process.

  3. Select Connect: Click the Connect button next to each platform.

    • A pop-up will appear prompting you to log in to your Facebook account.

Step 3: Choose Your Facebook Page

  1. Log In to Facebook: Enter your Facebook credentials and log in.

  2. Select a Facebook Page: Choose the Facebook page you want to connect with SalesRook. Note that you can only connect one page, so select the page you want to integrate.

  3. Click Connect: After selecting the page, click Connect to link it to SalesRook.

Step 4: Configure Messenger and Instagram Settings

  1. Toggle Messenger and Instagram: You will see two buttons for Messenger and Instagram.

    • Blue means the integration is enabled.

    • Gray means the integration is off.

    • Ensure both buttons are blue if you want to receive messages from Facebook Messenger and Instagram.

Step 5: Ready to Use

Once connected, your integration is complete and ready to use. Your AI persona will now be able to manage incoming messages from Facebook and Instagram, providing faster responses to inquiries.
