# Install and Set Up the SalesRook Chrome Extension

**Step 1: Open Google Chrome**

* Make sure you're using **Google Chrome** as the browser for this setup.

**Step 2: Visit the Chrome Web Store**

* In the top address bar, type **Chrome Web Store** and press Enter.
* In the search bar located at the top left-hand corner of the Chrome Web Store, type **SalesRook** (all one word) and hit **Enter**.

**Step 3: Add SalesRook to Chrome**

* Look for [**SalesRook for WhatsApp and Reapit**](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/salesrook-for-whatsapp-an/fgeacaodamfkbhdilpeddnnlmjcjfieg?hl=en) in the search results.
* Click on the result to open the extension page.
* On the right-hand side, click **Add to Chrome**, then confirm by selecting **Add Extension**.

* **n.b.** If you're using the web browser **Microsoft Edge**, you will need to 'Allow extensions from other stores' first

**Step 4: Pin the SalesRook Extension**

* After SalesRook is installed, close any pop-up windows.
* In the top right corner of your Chrome browser, click the **jigsaw puzzle icon** (extensions menu).
* Find **SalesRook** in the list and click the **pin icon** to ensure it remains visible in your toolbar for easy access.

**Step 5: Launch WhatsApp Web with SalesRook**

* Click the pinned **SalesRook** icon in your toolbar.
* This will open **web.whatsapp.com** with the SalesRook panel visible on the right-hand side.

**Step 6: Sign in with Reapit**

* Once WhatsApp is loaded, click on **Sign in with Reapit** in the SalesRook side panel.

* Enter your **Reapit credentials** and click **Sign In**.

**Step 7: Completion**

* After signing in, you will see a confirmation message: **Welcome to SalesRook**.
* If it's not already linked, please follow the WhatsApp instructions to link your device (mobile phone) using your business WhatsApp account

* Your setup is now complete, and you can begin syncing your WhatsApp messages with Reapit.
