What is SalesRook Core and Why Use It?

SalesRook Core is an intuitive tool designed to streamline your sales pipeline management, providing a clear and concise overview of your account activities, opportunities, and tasks. It enables you to monitor opportunity statuses, track pipeline values, analyze conversion rates, and stay on top of tasks—all from one centralized dashboard. By offering instant insights, customizable widgets, and time filters, SalesRook Core helps you focus on high-value opportunities, identify bottlenecks, and optimize your workflow. With its efficiency and simplicity, SalesRook Core ensures you stay organized and prioritize your efforts effectively.

How to Use the SalesRook Core Dashboard

The SalesRook Core dashboard provides a clear and concise overview of your account activity, opportunities, and tasks. It is designed to help you quickly understand your pipeline and prioritize your actions. Follow the steps below to familiarize yourself with the dashboard and customize it to suit your needs.


Step 1: Understanding the Dashboard Layout

When you log in to SalesRook Core, the dashboard is the first screen you’ll see. It provides an overview of your account, including:

  • Opportunity Status: Displays the total number of opportunities in the pipeline, broken down into categories:

    • Open

    • Lost

    • Abandoned

    • Won (e.g., 24 opportunities won)

  • Opportunity Value: Shows the total value of your pipeline and how much has been won so far (e.g., €56,983 won).

  • Conversion Rate and Funnel Distribution: Offers insights into how opportunities are moving through your pipeline stages.

  • Tasks: Lists any manual actions or other pending tasks.


Step 2: Adjusting the Time Period

  • The dashboard data reflects the time period selected in the upper section of the screen.

  • To change the time period:

    • Click on the time selector.

    • Choose from pre-set options like the past year, or customize the date range as needed.


Step 3: Customizing the Dashboard

The dashboard can be tailored to display the information that’s most important to you.

Edit the Dashboard Layout:

  1. Click on Edit Dashboard.

  2. Rearrange widgets by dragging and dropping them to your preferred positions. For example:

    • Move "Tasks" to the top if they are your priority.

    • Reorganize widgets like "Opportunity Status" or "Conversion Rate" for quick access.

Add New Widgets:

  1. In the Edit Dashboard mode, look for available widgets to add.

  2. Select a widget (e.g., "Appointment Count").

  3. Click Save to add it to your dashboard.

Save or Cancel Changes:

  • After making adjustments:

    • Click Save Changes to confirm your new layout.

    • Click Cancel to revert to the previous configuration.


Step 4: Navigating Your Dashboard

Once customized, your dashboard will reflect your priorities and provide at-a-glance insights:

  • Monitor opportunities, their values, and statuses.

  • Track your manual tasks and actions for better pipeline management.

  • Use the customizable widgets to highlight metrics most relevant to your workflow.
