• Use your CRM's export function to create a CSV file

• Contact your CRM provider's support if you need help with exports

• Filter for relevant contacts (e.g., recent applicants, specific price ranges)

CSV Format Requirements Create a simple Excel spreadsheet with these columns:

• first_name

• last_name

• phone_number (format: 447712345678 - no spaces, no '+', no '0' prefix)

• [optional] Any additional columns needed for your template

Example CSV format:

first_name,last_name,phone_number

John,Smith,447712345678

Sarah,Jones,447798765432

💡 Pro Tips:

• Keep column names simple and lowercase

• Remove any special characters from phone numbers

• Test your CSV in Excel to ensure clean formatting
