#3 Sync to a Property Card(If speaking to a vendor)

If you're speaking with a Vendor, it's highly likely that you will want the conversation to sync to the property card instead of the contact vendor card.

From this page click the drop down and select either 'By Property ID' or 'By Property Address'

Next, type part of the address and hit 'Search'.

Finally, click on 'Link to Chat' on the relevant property.

Job done and you can start Whatsapp'ing.
