link a whatsapp chat to a property card

💡 If you're speaking with a vendor, you'll usually want the conversation synced to the property card rather than their contact/vendor card.

Open WhatsApp and SalesRook

Open both in your browser.

Select the conversation

Select the conversation you want to re-link. In this example, a chat currently linked to an applicant card.

Unlink the contact

Click Unlink Contact to remove the current link.

Search for the property

Click the dropdown that appears and search by property ID or property address.

Enter the address

Type the address or a keyword (e.g. "79 Sakura") and click Search.

Select the correct property

Select the correct property from the matching results, then click Link to Chat (the blue link button). Give it a few seconds and the chat will start syncing.

Confirm it synced

A green "No more messages left to sync" banner is your signal it worked. Open the property card's activity feed to see the full synced thread.
