SalesRook Negotiator syncs your WhatsApp messages directly into Reapit CRM, so every conversation with a lead or client is organised and easy to find. This guide covers both ways to get a chat linked correctly.
There are two ways to connect a conversation to Reapit:
Sync an ongoing WhatsApp conversation that already exists
Start a brand-new conversation directly from Reapit
Open the conversation in WhatsApp and give it a few seconds. SalesRook detects the contact's phone number and displays the Reapit records connected to it.
Select the correct record, then click Link to Chat (the blue link button). The chat starts syncing straight away.
Watch for the green banner — a pop-up reading "No more messages left to sync" confirms the messages have synced successfully. Only new messages are copied across, so nothing gets duplicated.
Check Reapit — open the linked record and look in the activity feed for the synced WhatsApp thread. Click Show More to see the full conversation.
Find the contact in Reapit you want to message.
Copy their phone number from their Reapit record.
Start the chat — go to WhatsApp/SalesRook and click the blue button top-right, paste the number, and click Start Chat.
Give it a few seconds — SalesRook searches Reapit for a match. Select the correct record and click Link to Chat (the blue link button).
The chat syncs, and a green "No more messages left to sync" banner confirms it. From then on, every message in that chat syncs to their Reapit record automatically.
